GluGlu Tips to Cope with Summer


As Agni Nakshatra is about to start in two days, the Sun has started showing its strength since last month. He has started harassing people. What can we do to overcome the effects of this sun and keep us cool…

* After taking a bath every day, if we put some camphor in the water and pour it on top, the camphor will protect our body from the heat rays like an umbrella. The skin will be refreshed.

*Cut the cucumber into pieces and pour buttermilk in a bowl, add coriander, ginger, cut the root into small pieces and eat it in the peak sun, the body will be cool. Nelly sprigs are boiled and rubbed on the head and after soaking, the body heat will decrease. Eases digestion. Increases immunity.

* In summer the body gets tired due to thirst and often thirsts for water. If you drink lemon juice with sugar and salt, it will quench your thirst. Better relief for that. Add some pepper powder to buttermilk and drink it for healing.

*Fry fenugreek and wheat powder and drink it in water to relieve body heat.

*Henna leaf ground on the soles of the feet and the palms of the hands will cure the cold.

* Eating porridge in the morning during summer is good for health. You can eat rye and sorghum pulp. You can eat old rice mixed with water and curd. Or drink strained porridge and salt. Reduces body heat.

*Paneer (Rosewater) mixed with multani methi and applied on the wart before going to bed at night and taking bath in the morning will make the wart go away. Skin is also glowing. Applying a light palm tip to the affected area will remove it.
