Lagos State Government Intensifies Drug Abuse Campaign in Ikorodu
In an effort to address the rising concern of drug abuse in the state, the Lagos State government has relaunched its campaign against drug abuse under the codename “Lagos State Kicks Against Drug Abuse.” The initiative aims to sensitize the youth about the dangers and consequences of drug abuse.
The campaign recently kicked off with a special event held in Ikorodu, led by the Commissioner for Health in Lagos State. The event focused on engaging and educating the younger population on the harmful effects of drug abuse, with the intention of preventing them from falling into its grip.
